After a holistic presentation covering the website, social media, paid campaign, SEO strategy, Keywords, content writing, etc, was made to the Reliance Global Call, we got a new telco account.

We started the 1st step of the Digital Brand refresh- website update through content building and undertaking the requisites of an SEO, browsers, and devices-friendly website. Content, web page designing & development was easy; the challenges came later as we had to work on a platform that could not be accessed outside the client’s premise. We immediately aligned a few resources who would work at the client’s premises for the project.

The project gave us many insights on collaboration, technologies, balancing a project virtually and on-premise, manpower hiring, and, importantly, how critical it is for a marketing agency to align with the business and the IT team and be the bridge that connects the client’s business objective while overcoming all technological challenges.

The excellent collaboration was led by Vysakh KK and Suvida T, as they tracked the development. Neha Goel studied what should be drafted to present the client’s solutions on the website excitingly; Abhishek Sharma, Danush & Vijay led the web designing part; and Anu Mary Charuvila, developed the complete website. A crucial role was played by Jasfan ak, who could very well decipher the tech terminologies used by the client’s IT team and guide us all.
